My psychological diagnostic approach is based on empirical research and current standards, with a goal of identifying problems and developing effective solutions. My therapy approach is also based upon sound, empirically based psychological treatment principles delivered in an accepting, non-judgmental, empathic setting. Regardless of the problem area or condition of treatment focus, I always strive to treat the client with dignity and respect, facilitate self-awareness and taking responsibility for one’s own choices and healthy coping behaviors.
