I am committed to assisting clients to identify and find healing solutions that prevent them from embracing full rewarding lives. I support and encourage the healing potential of a clients' spirituality and faith. I am a practitioner in EMDR and utilize EMDR to alleviate symptoms of PTSD and other trauma and a wide range of psychological diagnoses.
I hold advanced training in EFT CBT, DBT, ACT and Addictions and extensive experience integrating these therapeutic modalities to support clients brief counseling goals.
I utilize Somatic therapies and Mindfulness Centered techniques to educate and train clients in affect self-regulation and stress management
